We will advertise your property individually, with several leading national accommodation advertising websites.

We can then handle the initial rental enquiry, right through from first contact, to final confirmation and payment on all bookings and lettings.

CHANGEOVER SERVICES

As you would expect this includes fully cleaning the property following departure of your customer. Supply of linen and a laundry service is also available.

SPRING CLEANING

Tailored to your requirement. On a time basis we will clean as much of the property, inside and out, as requested. This service is common after building work, or a long period of the property being unoccupied. This is usually carried out prior to a new season starting, however can be carried out any time throughout the year.

CARETAKING AND SECURITY CHECKS

A service for holiday home owners where properties have spells of low occupancy, or for second home owners that use a holiday home for their own use. We will make daily or weekly checks on the house, with internal and external inspections by experienced uniformed staff

KEY HOLDING

We will hold the keys of your property and upon request make them available to visiting guests or tradesmen. We can also arrange for one of our team to be at the property to meet visitors or tradesmen.

CALL OUT SERVICE

This service can be used to liaise with tradesmen and receive deliveries, gain access to the property to carry out maintenance and repairs or in an emergency. Available 24 hours per day.

WELCOME PACKS

We would highly recommend welcome packs. These usually consist of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, preserves, cereal, wine, soft drinks, orange juice and beer. You can of course customise the packs to your own individual requirements or for that special occasion with champagne and flowers.

REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE

This service ensures that any minor maintenance or agreed repair work is carried out between lets. For larger work we will organise and manage subcontractors on your behalf. This may include electricians, plumbers, heating engineers or building contractors. We ensure that all contractors are local reliable tradesmen and are able to commit to competitive market rates.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE

We offer a professional garden maintenance service by certificated gardeners. From a basic lawn cut, to weekly watering, deadheading, cutting back, pruning, border tidying, weeding, hedge cutting and tree surgery.
